My studies in special education taught me to better understand people. They taught me supportive relationships and the importance of the approach used to create a climate of trust with others. But for me, it’s something that happens naturally, effortlessly, and without relying on any specific strategy. People can sense that I’m not trying to be kind and welcoming. It’s genuine and true.
My journey began at age 14 as a sales associate in clothing stores, later becoming a manager. I also had a well-established reputation for merchandising in several boutiques across the province, which is very much connected to home staging in real estate. I worked in the restaurant industry and early childhood care, running my own home daycare service so I could raise my children while having them by my side throughout the week. I practiced and learned listening and patience.
I’ve been at the head of opening a business, where I’ve handled full bookkeeping for over 25 years. Finances are a major asset in real estate. You need to know how to analyze, calculate, and advise. It’s important to truly understand the financial realities of both sellers and buyers.
All of these fields require energy, availability, and strong client relationship management, which makes me a well-equipped person, able to assess your personal needs and challenges while also understanding how you feel.
These 35 years in public service have shaped me: being attentive to others’ needs, finding quick solutions, and supporting people in their projects. In 2025, I chose to pursue a long-time dream: becoming a real estate broker. Today, I bring to each mandate the same passion for service, the same authenticity, the same professional rigor, and the same warm humanity that have always defined me.
My goal is simple: that each client in Bas-Saint-Laurent feels heard, supported, and confident throughout their real estate journey — without pressure or judgment. My slogan says it all.
I work With you and For you! That’s my only mission!
